Return Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for products "Sold and Shippment arrangment" to be processed after being received Payment.Due to product availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund. Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method during 5 working days. If the original payment method is no longer available, Hi-Network will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account. For returns for refunds for products purchased as gifts. Hi-Network.com will issue you a refund in the form of store credit.
Replacements
Once your return has been processed, if you require a replacement instead of refund. The replacement will be prepared during 3-5 business days. If Hi-Network.com no longer carries a product that is sent in for replacement, or if that product is simply out of stock, Hi-Network.com will issue you a refund.
